Vehicles parked on and often across the access to Shaftesbury Road

The photos do not show the extent 0f the problem. Cars park right on both corners of the road blocking the view of oncoming cars from both direction they are persistent parking all day, everyday. Fettiplace Road is a fairly busy bus route and many motorist seem unaware that there is a 20 MPH restriction, in fact the signs are not very clear along the road. On more than one occasion I have had a near miss due the visual obstruction when pulling out of Shaftesbury and I know my neighbours have too. I fear that there will be a serious accident because of it. Further down Fettiplace on the corner of Atkinson Close the situation is slightly worse with the parking but visibility is better because of the wider junction.
