Cycle path too wide and footpath too narrow

The cycle path along Audlett Drive is too wide and the footpath where you can walk it too narrow by the bus stop opposite Barton Lane and before you cross Reade Avenue. I struggle to walk with my dog especially with the overgrown verges. I’m fed up of getting shouted at when I’m just walking on the line. Surely it should be half and half. Look forward to hearing from you.
