Taper line markins worn away

The taper line markings to protect the cycle lane (as specified in 3.5.2 of the Oxfordshire Cycling Strategy used to be present here but have totally worn away. Please can you repaint them, especially as this cycle lane both provides the link between the ring road and Access to Headington scheme.
Whilst you have a crew there it would be good if a protected box could be painted on the southbound carriageway to help cyclists travelling from the hospitals to the southbound ring road cycle path. At the moment the only other alternative is to try and use the pedestrian crossings but from experience you are taking your life in your hands on the uncontrolled crossing trying to guess what 50mph+ traffic is turning off the northbound bypass.. Constant traffic and equally constant near misses!
