Improve the drainage of surface water

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 10:33, Friday 19 June 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I wonder if there is anything that can be done on the stretch of Witan Way, Witney, that runs between Jewsons and Poundstretcher to improve the drainage of surface water? I’m afraid that some motorists are remarkably unbothered about speeding through highly visible large puddles, drenching cyclists and pedestrians, as happened to me twice today. It has always been a problem area so I suspect that if some improvement were possible it would have already been done.
