Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Crossing Newlands Avenue at the entrance of Glebe Road there is a 5 cm high by 10 cm wide hump across the road due to a poorly laid underground service. When vans and lorries cross the hump it results in a loud banging noise, which is a disturbance for residents.
