This is still a constant problem. There is almost always at least one car parked in this spot. Cars also park in the bike lane all the way along St Clements road. A segregated bike lane is required.

Thank you for your report. We have assessed it and found that it does not currently meet the criteria for intervention, so will not be fixing at this time. Vehicles parking in either a dangerous position or in such a manner as to cause an obstruction of the public highway are commingling an offence under Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, this legislation is enforced by Thames Valley Police.
