Temporary repair to fence beside cycle track
Reported anonymously at 17:55, Monday 15 June 2020
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Photos looking south along the cycle track on the west side of the A44 just south of Budgens Filling Station. I reported this temporary repair to a broken fence - there is an open ditch just behind it - in June last year; and the response was that it was on the list for proper repair. It has been removed from FixMyStreet but nothing has happened except the weeds are growing over it.

Thank you for your report. Are you able to provide the original Fix My Street reference number from June last year so we can track what has happened? Thank you.

You ask for a reference number, but that is not recorded on the email replies that you send out. I see that I reported this on 7 July 2019, not June. Your response then was: "Thank you for your report. My apologies but I can not give you a date at the moment for these works but they are programmed in."

This report has been closed. There is a temporary barrier up here so it is safe. As regards the permanent repair we are somewhat behind at the moment and will get to this particular job as quickly as we can. Thank you.
