URGENT - temporary traffic lights not timed correctly - two ways of traffic are "green" at once.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Holloway currently has temporary traffic lights which I believe are timed incorrectly, resulting in two ways of traffic being given the green light at once. Very dangerous as that crossroads were a hotspot for road traffic collisions before the temporary lights - only two weeks ago was there an accident. I have telephoned the police but they referred me to OCC.
