Illegal hgv parking Eastern bypass

Six lorries parked in the layby on the Eastern bypass this morning. Every single one had it's nearside wheels on the pavement. No doubt the cycle lane marking encouraged this.

  • Also many of these lorries stop on the dual carriage way and reverse into the layby. It is completely illegal to reverse along this road.
