Traffic calming needed

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars escaping from Cowley Road race down the street at high speed, creating a danger for pedestrians and cyclists. I would like to know if the council would consider the installation of traffic calming measures (e.g. speed humps) on Leopold Street.
