Large illegal advertising sign on highways land in front of England's Rose Public House
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 10:16, Tue 9 June 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This problem was first reported in Nov/Dec 2019. Nothing has been done about it. When driving out of Box Tree Lane onto the A40 the view of traffic coming round the blind bend past the pub is even more obscured by this sign. It is also unsightly and has been placed illegally on land belonging to Highways. Please get it removed.

Although this sign has now been moved back towards the car park it has NOT BEEN REMOVED which is what residents have been asking for. It is still a blot on the landscape. Two questions still remain, does it need planning permission and is it still on Highways Land?
