Dipped access covers to utilities
Reported in the Manhole category by Martin Buckland at 00:59, Sun 7 June 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Northbound just before traffic lights on Oxford Road by Boundary House pub.
There are two access covers, possibly Thames Water mains, which have been dipped for years but are getting worse. They produce a very uncomfortable ride for bus and car users and are a hazard to cyclists. The road surface around them is also breaking up.
