B4017,Drayton road from Mill road junction to Preston road,Abingdon.

Reported anonymously at 13:20, Monday 1 June 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This stretch of road is absolutely worn out with large cracks getting ever larger with time,it has to withstand a constant battering from local gravel quarry lorries using it 5 days per week plus other HGV's. i live adjacent to this road and the noise starts at about 0500 with HGVs plus other traffic going to work, not too pleasant when you are retired and having lived here for forty years i know that the noise is increasing. I note that minor roads in the Abingdon area have been resurfaced with limestone chippings and new white lines laid-Drayton road must be a priority
