Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Pothole last reported under ENQ20860926. Your response on 18/3/20 advised that 'pothole defects are assessed individually depending on their size, depth and location'. When compared to defects either marked for action or physically repaired elsewhere in the locale in recent weeks (e.g. Little Lane Horley, Pages Lane Hornton and a selection of others on either side or predominantly residential backroads), it seems the defect near Newlands Farm is of a more severe nature than those noted. The defect at this location is near identical to that which caused significant damage to my vehicle in March19, has been poorly repaired three times since that event and is now showing the potential to cause similar incidents. Based on the explanation in your response of 18/3/20 it is very difficult to see consistency in the method of assessment and categorisation for action.
