Exposed Council SWA S/L conductor, Located on the pavement on the edge of the Holiday Inn site on Woodstock Rd just before IN turning, SSEN have done 2 x pot ends on swa cable and left a cone on top of it with danger live notice. (SSEN Fault Ref GG3155)
