Possible sitting of Japanese knotweed growing on hedge that separates public highway and Oxford Golf club

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 13:37, Thursday 28 May 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I believe this is Japanese knotweed and as such being a invasive species that can spread like wild fire and being in close proximity of my property and other properties, I would like a expert to carry an inspection and removal of the plant as not to spread to neighbouring properties or my own and cause any damage if this is allowed to Get out of hand the problem will be bigger .. thank you
