Request for lines
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 11:33, Thu 28 May 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Requesting zig zag lines adjacent to Queen Emma's Primary School, Witney, OX28 5JW. This is the road leading into Queen Emma's Primary School. We have always had problems with unsafe parking and manoeuvring by parents but this has now been flagged as a big concern. The road is also on a major bus route - the S1 and S2 regularly pass and have problems at drop off and pick up times. I would be grateful if we could explore the possibility of getting lines painted to alleviate the problem and make our environment safer for all.

Hi - School Keep Clear markings are for entrances to schools. As far as I am aware you have two entrances, one from Burwell Drive and one from Holford Road. Which entrance are you interested in having the lines painted at. Please reply and let me know. Many thanks.

Hi - there are 2 entrance to the school. Which entrance are you enquiring about because you have placed the marker on the main Burwell Drive Road. The zig zag markings for schools are to be placed at the entrance. I look forward to hearing from you in due course and will then be able to make further enquiries as to the possibility of having these markings put down. Many thanks.
