No Street Lights working on one side of A422

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
None of the street lights along one side of the A422 (Ruscote Avenue) are working. This applies to all street lights (on the retail park side of the road) between the Musketeer roundabout and Tesco petrol station roundabout. Possibly affecting some of the street lights on Beamont Road also.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

There should be sufficient information in the initial report to allow the correct unit to be alerted to the problem. If not you might be advised to send someone out to investigate the issue.
