Road surface has been 'dug up' in several places

Judd's Lane, Tetsworth.

In recent months one of the landowners (Redmans at Horsenden Hill House further up Judds Lane) has been trying to get Judd's Lane closed to vehicles as they want it as a 'private' road to their property. However, my family were born and bred in Tetsworth and Judd's Lane has been a vehicular right of way through to Moreton for as long as we can remember … going back over 90 years at the very least. But the Redmans seems to want it as a private driveway and want to stop vehicles going up it.

It also is used as a bridleway, so their latests actions have today lead to one of our horses tripping and ending up on it's side, with my daughter trapped by her leg under the horse.

They have basically gone along the lane and have dug up the surface in a bid to make what appears to be huge 'ruts' that would make it very difficult for cars to get up there - doing it one side and then the other and then swapping back and forth with these huge dug up ruts.

This needs sorting with some urgency as IS vehicular right of way to Moreton, but they have now made it incredibly unsafe for those riding horses up there and, like today, one of our horses tripped as the girls didn't notice the first rut until the horse had tripped in to it, ending up on it's side with cut legs and my daughter injuring her elbow and having muscle damage to her leg where the horse went down on top of it.

It is incredibly dangerous now - I have driven along the track to see what they were meaning and in fact one of your vans was in front of us, as they appear to have just put in two 'access only' vehicle signs at the entrance to this track.
