The street light at the end of Simons Lane is directly outside our house, 5 Kethero Close. As it is very low on the pole, it shines directly into our bedroom and is very bright. It does not go off until about 1.30am! Can this be adjusted please to 10.30pm or, preferably turned off altogether as there is an enormous amount of light from the houses around.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

I reported this problem at the end of May. I confirmed the complaint as soon as I received this for. But have never had a reply.
Can you advise what, if anything, is happening. If you could adjust the timing of the light so that it goes off at 10.30pm that would be appreciated.
