Sunken drain cover causing dip in road near park pedestrian entrance

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Every time a lorry, tractor or any large vehicle goes over this it makes the most horrendous bang and has woken me when I’m asleep. It seems to have been getting worse over the last few weeks.
