Pothole causing unacceptable vibrations in house

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 16:57, Tue 26 May 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

How can this damage to the road adjacent my house which is causing such vibrations throughout the house just be considered not suitable for repair. It is not just about size, it also about impact, and not just cars but householders. Is this not taken into account when looking a damage? It is not an extensive repair that is required - would you rather my house start to show physical signs of damage and then I can request the council to repair both road and house? Do I have to go to my MP or something before someone takes my concerns for my home seriously? Please I am asking you to reconsider your views on how significant this damage is and distress it causes my wife and I.
