Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Could we have some 30 miles per hour speed signs on Buckingham Road - the stretch between the Plough pub and Bicester North train station? Or traffic calming measures of some kind? The average speed of cars on this stretch far exceeds the speed limit. It is very challenging/dangerous for residents pulling into or coming out of their drives onto the road - as other drivers are speeding and don't slack off.

Thank you for your report. Sadly we can not install 30 mph repeaters in this area. However, we will continue to monitor the situation and suggest if the problem continues to contact your local parish and they will possibly be able to fund some form of traffic calming to reduce the speed of traffic along this road.
