  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the site pinpointed on the map, 66 West Way, see photos. The nearest blocked gully drain was submitted to be cleared and the pipe jetted. The kerb/pavement that you consider 'needs adjusting', unfortunately, doesn't meet our current intervention criteria, so I cannot arrange an immediate repair. This location has been looked at for a potential Minor Civils job - to raise setts etc and reshape - and has been placed on the List of Minor Civils jobs, to be implemented at a future date, with no immediate action likely. We will continue to monitor this during our routine inspections.
