Traffic calming dangerous for cycles

Reported via Android in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:47, Mon 18 May 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It is hard to tell from photos but the speed bumps are badly positioned and constructed. To cycle on the lh side means entering a narrow gap and the pads have a vertical 20mm lip that traps the front wheel. I'm sure there must be guidelines which are not being adhered to. I wouldn't normally complain about traffic calming!
