Car demolished bollard

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The bollard on Observatory St near the Woodstock Road junction was knocked over by a car two Saturdays ago in the evening (driver was reversing and left his car overnight, as they do regularly).

  • The bollard remains demolished and is free to roll about, occasionally causing risk to passing cars when dislodged by pedestrians. The car responsible is OY09 0ZT and regularly parks by the bollard (as it is at the time of writing)
