Overgrown hedges blocking pavement on east side of Abingdon Road

Pavement is mostly blocked by overgrown hedges on east side of Abingdon Road on the north side of the roundabout with Trent Road. Virtually impassable with pushchair or wheelchair to access pedestrian pelican crossing. Road-sign indicating crossing is also beginning to be obscured by the hedge.
