Marking roads on top of dirt and stones, not clever !

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Too stupid or just lazy, painting road marking over loose soil and stone is a waste of time and a waste of our taxes ! Couldn't even be bothered to finish the other markings ...
