Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The plastic bulb cover to street lamp No 12 has been knocked off the lamp and is lying on the ground. The lamp is situated at the end of Mill Close, near to the Thames Water pumping station.The damage has been caused by branches of a large tree growing nearby and the branches are now around the lamp.
