A company ELS has been replacing street lamps in the area over last 2 weeks. They have dug a very deep hole very close to the walls of my house, digging up huge lumps of rock which they have left to the side. The hole has been left for several days. It has been raining very heavily for the last 2 days. I am concerned about the foundations of my house, given the proximity and the depth of the hole. the amount of rubble they have removed and the recent rainfall. I am also concerned that they may have disrupted the roots of nearby schrubs which have been cultivated over many years. My address is 45 Cotswold Meadow, OX28 5FA. I would like this logged in case I have problems in the future regarding any disturbance to the damp course resulting in damp or any other problems.
