Pavement incredibly uneven and unsafe outside of Merityre garage due to frequent patch repairs

This is part of my regular run route, and I have no mobility issues or other physical disability. This morning I tripped on this patch of pavement outside Merityre and hurt my leg and knee to bleeding point, and my hands are scraped and bruised from absorbing the impact. This will be even more of a hazard for people with mobility issues. Please repair this properly so it is an even stretch again, not a bobbly patch of blobs of tar. Bin men saw me fall and pulled up to check on me and to recommend reporting this to the council. Thank you!
