Road surface breaking up and causing a serious safety issue to pedestrians

Reported via iOS in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 16:48, Tue 28 April 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

The road surface of the entire street is in serious needs of resurfacing. This is the 6th request for something to be done but every time the issue gets raised it is immediately closed. Can somebody please come and take a look at it rather than just closing the job? Several elderly neighbours walk along these pavements and with all this loose debris coming from the base layer of the tarmac.

Council ref: ENQ20864218

  • Denbigh Close is still awaiting new road surface. This has been reported many times over the last 4 years without a satisfactory outcome. Even though every time the reports are closed stating awaiting resurfacing. Can you please give me an update asap. The potholes are larger and the road surface is now covered in large chunks of tarmac which when collected by the road sweeper become dumped at the top of residents drive.
