Plugged drain on Milton Lane

The drain on Milton Lane just opposite the Steventon Sports and Social Club car park has been blocked for some time (since winter and certainly since before the storms we had in February). The lane only dries at this point when the accumulated water evaporates.

    The drain was disturbed by the street cleaning, so I lifted the lid and dug out the mud that was filling the sump. The drain pipe appears to be completely plugged with roots. Could someone please come and have a look at it as we get a small lake in the lane after every rainfall.

    Still no update on this drain. The entire lane was flooded over the weekend.
