Pothole opened up by burst water pipe

The pothole was already a smaller hole but has now been opened up by a recent burst water pipe that has now been mended. Traffic including heavy vehicles/lorries keep hitting the pothole throwing debris against my parked car normally parked next to the pothole. Please fix.
