Traffic lights not working properly and cones causing confusion

The three way traffic lights appear to be not phased correctly - the light appeared green for Limborough road and Grove street at the same time. The cones marking out where you are to drive are unclear (several cars manoeuvred in different ways around the road about dispite heading in the same direction.
