Coronavirus Lockdown: Flats above (closed)shops; HAVELOCK ROAD and OXFORD ROAD T-Junction . Random men working on what looks like a total refurb on the propert

Reported anonymously at 18:26, Thursday 2 April 2020

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

Looks like the tenants have been kicked out and the land lord has instructed a refurb during Coronavirus lockdown. Several beds and mattresses, desks, wardrobes, chest of drawers, all kinds of items being dumped outside the shops awaiting disposable. The workers are not wearing protective gear, not even a face mask or gloves. They are working through out the day. If this is allowed, then Please excuse me for showing concern.
