  • Firm have arrived to carry out the repair. However, may I point out that the repair (sizable) outside my home has been repaired several times over the last 20 years to my knowledge, each time encroaching further and not inline with the edge of the road. The cause of the damage has been by heavy lorries and mainly large vehicles meeting traffic in the opposite direction and so they get closer to my wall ploughing up the grass verge. What is needed is a proper kerb stone line being continued from my immediate neighbour's property defining the Road which after all is a LANE, so that my property is not further eroded. Laying tarmac only gives rise to further erosion as the verge gets misshapen.
