Trees and hedging need cutting back
Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 12:34, Wednesday 1 April 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The hedging is growing onto the road and the tree that is beyond my fence has grown over and resting on my stables. I do not own this, you have always maintained it and there are witnesses in the village to back this up. If you are telling me I own it, I will rip the whole lot out and move my fence to the edge of the road. I understand that this can not be done straight away due to the coronavirus however should the tree in question damage my stables you will legally beheld responsible as you were notified several times before isolation was enforced. I have had legal advice on this. The matter is now in your hands. Stay safe and well
