Ref:00369215 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

I reported this months ago and was told it wouldn’t be getting fixed.I find this very unexceptable from someone who doesn’t live here and have to look at it 24/7. This is the only entrance to our homes, it’s an absolute eyesore for the residents who have worked hard on their properties with pride to have to put up with this on their doorsteps. Let’s face it we pay enough Council Tax!!
