Regarding trees overhanging our property and damaging our back brick wall. number 12 Flint Hollow. the trees are damaging our wall to the point that it is leaning and is unsafe.

Please see attached pictures. The wall damage is much more evident in person. The wall is now leaning from the weight and interference from the trees. These trees are not our responsibility and are causing the damage. Please can you advise what our best course of action is. Our main concern is the impact this will have should the wall fall or injure someone. Many thanks

The overhanging trees are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
