Thick mud and slurry on road

On the road from Hook Norton to Swerford there is so much mud and slurry on the road it has the potential to be dangerous and cause an accident.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited this location today, 2.4.2020, the mud is dry causing no issues at present and slippery sign boards have been erected. However, the farmers do need to remove deposits from the Highway that may constitute a road safety hazzard . There were no tractors in the vicinity today during my visit in order to address this. I will conduct a land registry search to determine the land owner and write to them regarding this matter accordingly.
