Impaired pavement along the edge of a post-office telephone line cover

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 17:01, Monday 23 March 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

I moved into this house recently and I didn't realise until now that the pavement of the road was damaged. It is along the edge of a post office telephone line cover on the ground - I suppose there should be sloped asphalt along the edge but it seems that the workers doing the previous job (that required opening up the lid and damaging the surrounding surface) didn't repair it. The photos show clearly the problem is beyond the premise of my house. I hope this small job can be done swiftly so that people don't get tripped over and the tyres of my car don't get the tearing scratch every time when I go in or out of my frontyard (because of the sudden drop of height from the telephone line cover (metallic edge) to the uneven concrete ground (instead of smoothened asphalt surface.
