Pavement Ripped Up By Tree
Reported via Android in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 10:27, Mon 23 March 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
The pavement in the alleyway has been ripped up by an Ash tree. It's been marked as hazardous but nothing has happened to remove the tree. It's become impassable for disabled and elderly users. It was previously reported under TREES but the county council rejected it as not their responsibility: "This is not the responsibilty of Oxfordshire County council. Please contact your Distrcict Council or Housing Association to pursue this matter
State changed to: No further action"

I have contacted our Highway Records team and they have confirmed that this footpath is not part of the highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. This may be the responsibility of the Housing Association or the District Council.
You need to try Vale of White Horse District Council.
