Pavement needs clearing

The stretch of pavement from dean court road to Mortimer court and other stretches along Cumnor hill have become dangerous.
The pavement is covered with mud, mush from fallen leaves. And is totally encroached. Please kindly clear the paths along Cumnor hill.
Dangerous Especially when walking with a family ,or use of wheelchair/ pushchairs. Dangerous for the elderly. Having to walk along the curb or even on the road when other pedestrians are walking in the opposite direction.

Thank you for your report. I have visited the site pinpointed on the map, see photos, and assessed the problem that you have identified.
In answer to your comment "The pavement is covered with mud, mush from fallen leaves". Clearing leaves from the footway and carriageway is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. It is the responsibility of the Vale of White Horse District Council. You should contact them at.

I have, however, sent them an email to request they clear these leaves.
In answer to your comment "And is totally encroached". I have submitted this report to the Minor Civils Team for their appraisal.
