This is the Marlborough Estate phase 2 in Woodstock. This section of road way on Blackberry Way opposite number 44 was adopted a while ago by the WODC highways department. Recently an embedded flush slab has worked its way proud of the surface and presents a significant trip hazard. There are no separate pavements on this estate so children, cyclists and older people have to walk over this area
