Surface water drainage

This problem needs looking at urgently. The surface water is not draining away. The new drainage put in as part of the new builds has blocked drains due to building materials being left behind, the drains are not joined together and water is not draining correctly for Binning Close or the new builds 'the furlongs'. Please investigate asap before this becomes serious.
