Drain not draining

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 15:29, Saturday 14 March 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

The drain here outside 27 The Close does not drain away, and with the heavy rains we've been having, it floods into the garden and the house. We reported it in December, and nothing was done, and we also reported it again just before the storms. Someone came out and looked at the drain and said it was broken - it doesn't actually go anywhere, so will never drain properly. He said he would put a report in and get it fixed. We have been given sand bags, but the drain remains broken, and the road floods into the garden as soon as it rains for any amount of time now, because everything is so wet.
