Cable sticking out of the ground and causing a major trip hazard. Was reported months ago and a cone was placed on it. This needs fixing ASAP and not just with a cone. Whoever fitted it needs to come back and correct the work

    One of the curb stones has become loose on the boundary of Kimber Close, this has become a trip hazard. Please can this be repaired asap
