Drains on corner of East & West St Helen not draining
Reported in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 14:25, Tue 10 March 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later
The drains on the corner of East and West St Helen Street are not draining. They are now causing road surface deterioration between the corner and the corner of St Helens Court and West St Helens (the rod surface is now cracking and fine sand from under the asphalt is now washing out). Please have it checked by both county drainage teams and Thames Water/Southern Gas Networks (who last worked on this portion of the road).

The drain grates are still clogged. Given social distancing I don't expect this to change anytime soon, but it would be nice if the council cleared this!

These drains have not been cleared. Today's rain has gathered a massive lake again. It is not doing the surrounding road surface any good either (which appears to show some cracks and sand washing out from under the asphalt. FIX IT PLEASE.
