Dangerous driving near St Thomas More Primary School and Catholic Church

Incident of dangerous driving today at 2.30 just before school pick up. Driver enters Oxford Road slipway (no entry) travelling from kidlington town end. Near collison with car coming out of St Thomas More. Warning to all and request for better signage near traffic lights and junction as other driver was really shook up having to emergency stop.
